AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT
Overhead Projectors and/or VCR/DVD equipment will be provided UPON REQUEST ONLY. LCD Projectors, on the other hand, will NOT be provided. However, if you wish to bring your own LCD Projector, we will provide the "LCD support package" UPON REQUEST. CTCOLT will provide NO OTHER AV equipment! VERY IMPORTANT: It is the presenter's responsibility to contact Greg Semplice, the Conference Audio-Visual Coordinator at gsemplic@sjcadets.org to verify your AV needs AS SOON AS the proposed workshop has been accepted to be presented. If presenters do not follow this procedure, we cannot guarantee that the necessary AV equipment will be available on the day of the conference!

BEST OF CONFERENCE
The Northeast Conference supports the presenters of one CT workshop to attend the NECTFL conference and present their workshop in April 2009. CT COLT selects one workshop from the conference to represent CT COLT as "Best of Conference." Your workshop will be evaluated by the following criteria: (1) supports classroom instruction, (2) applies to all languages and levels, (3) connects to other disciplines, (4) makes use of technology, (5) relates to national and state standards, and (6) other unique features. CT COLT and NECTFL give matching funds up to $400 to defray expenses for presenters (as a group NOT per person). NECTFL pays registration per person.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION INFORMATION
You will be notified of the acceptance of your workshop during late Spring, if all goes as planned. The conference workshop schedule will be coordinated during early May. Once this schedule is set, it cannot be changed. If you prefer to be notified at an address other than the one already given, please so indicate. You will also be notified of the size of your audience and your room assignment, approximately one week before the conference date, by fax or email.
